
Salon Policies
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 3 days in advance. Since I am an appointment-based studio, this will give me time to offer your time slot to another client who may want to come in.
If you do not cancel or reschedule within the allotted 3 days, your deposit will be non-refundable and a new deposit will be required to make another appointment.
Deposits
A deposit is required to secure your desired appointment spot. This is not an extra charge/fee. The deposit will be deducted off of your ticket the day of your service.
No Call/No Show
Any no show appointments will result in the inability to book for any future services.
Extra Guests/Children
My studio is a one-chair salon and the space can be limited. In order for me to provide a quality experience with no interruptions, I do not allow any children or babies to accompany you during the service. If bringing any extra guests, they may sit out at the lounge, but will be unable to sit inside the room with you.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds on any service completed. If you are not with your service, please feel free to reach out and I will do my best to accommodate your needs at no extra charge. If you are wanting to add in something that was not in the initial service or consultation, that will be a new appointment and will be charged. The timeframe to reach out about the service cannot exceed one week from the appointment date.
If your service was met to the expectations of the consultation, but you realized you are not satisfied with how it looks on you, the new service to adjust it or reverse it will not be a redo and will be booked as a new service.
Late/Tardy Policy
To ensure I can provide a quality experience for you, please arrive on time. I will allow a 5-10 minute window after your service start time. If it is any later, we will have to reschedule to my next available appointment date or some parts of the service will not be completed. This also helps to respect other clients and their scheduled appointment slots.
